How I Improved My Relationship With My Horses

I have two barrel horses, Goose and Ginger. What I love most about my relationship with my horses is that they love and trust me . . . when they’re not stressed!

Not long ago I began to notice Goose and Ginger becoming more fidgety warming up and not as responsive during runs. This was curious. I became super concerned, however, when during and after every race my horses started having loose stools and getting much more anxious than normal.

My horses’ anxiety caused me worry, but the most frustrating part was seeing them not running to their full potential like they would in practice. I couldn't figure out what was going on! I suspected they were experiencing stomach discomfort from traveling and show stress.

I first heard about Daily Gold from my trainer, and gave it a try to see if it would help relieve my horses’ tension. The moment I realized it was working is when I took my horses on a five-mile trail ride. This time, Goose and Ginger trailered fairly well, and continued to be very responsive and in a good mood on the trails.

I added Daily Gold to my horses’ everyday diet, and haven’t taken them off since! Both are less anxious now when traveling and are becoming much more responsive when competing. Daily Gold has definitely improved my relationship with my horses, and every day I see the positive effects it has on their personalities. This product has done wonders at our barn.
