The Leg up My Dwarf Goat Needed

I rescued Lily, a Nigerian dwarf goat, in December 2019. She’s a precious little animal! She gets so excited when I come to see her, and screams and runs to the gate when she notices I have her halter out for a hike.

When I first brought her home, however, Lily was very underweight. She needed quality food plus supplements and vitamins to keep her healthy, but for weeks she refused to eat anything other than hay. I couldn’t get vitamins in her by feeding grain or fresh foods.

I was so stressed out! I couldn’t find foods she enjoyed and felt I had no way of managing her weight properly. On a scale of one to ten, it was an eight or nine level of frustration.

I heard about Redmond from a friend and tried a couple of their sample packets. Lily loved them—especially the Rein Water! She guzzled it down like she’d never tasted water before.

Lily and her new companion, Ellie, are now obsessed with Redmond products. The other day I actually caught Lily trying to open a bag of Goat Mineral Mix! She’ll eat it straight out of my hand and now, finally, with her grain.

Both my goats love the Mineral Mix and Daily Gold, but more than anything, Rein Water. It’s been so helpful to have on hand after our hikes.

Thanks to Redmond, I’m not as stressed anymore! I know Lily and Ellie are getting all the vitamins and minerals they need to stay happy and healthy.
